Ingredients

8 oz linguine or spaghetti

1 lb shrimp, peeled and deveined

1/2 cup mayonnaise

1-2 tbsp sriracha (adjust for heat preference)

1 tbsp honey

1 tsp rice vinegar

2 cloves garlic, minced

1 tbsp olive oil

2 green onions, sliced (for garnish)

1/4 cup cilantro, chopped (for garnish)

Salt and pepper to taste

Lemon wedges (for serving)

Instructions

Cook the Pasta: In a large pot of salted boiling water, cook the linguine according to package instructions until al dente. Drain and set aside, reserving 1/2 cup of pasta water.

Prepare the Bang Bang Sauce: In a medium bowl, whisk together the mayonnaise, sriracha, honey, rice vinegar, and minced garlic until well combined. Adjust sriracha as needed for desired heat.

Cook the Shrimp: In a large skillet, heat olive oil over medium-high heat. Season the shrimp with salt and pepper. Add the shrimp to the skillet and cook for 2-3 minutes on each side or until they turn pink and are cooked through.

Combine Pasta and Sauce: Reduce the heat to medium-low. Add the cooked pasta to the skillet with the shrimp. Pour the Bang Bang sauce over the pasta and shrimp. Add a splash of the reserved pasta water to loosen the sauce, mixing everything until well-coated.

Garnish and Serve: Remove from heat, and stir in the sliced green onions and chopped cilantro. Divide the pasta among serving plates and serve with lemon wedges on the side.
