1 cup cooked shredded chicken

1 cup crab meat (lump or claw)

1 cup cream cheese, softened

1 cup sharp cheddar cheese, shredded

1/2 cup beer (your choice, lager works well)

1/2 cup buffalo sauce (adjust for spice level)

1/4 cup sour cream

2 green onions, finely chopped (for garnish)

1 tsp garlic powder

1 tsp onion powder

Salt and pepper to taste

Tortilla chips or baguette slices (for serving)

Instructions
 

Preheat the Oven: Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C).

    Mix the Base: In a large mixing bowl, combine the softened cream cheese, sour cream, and beer until smooth and creamy.

      Add the Cheeses: Stir in the shredded sharp cheddar cheese until well incorporated. Reserve a small handful of cheese for topping later.

        Combine the Proteins: Gently fold in the shredded chicken and crab meat, ensuring not to break up the crab too much.

          Season It: Add buffalo sauce, garlic powder, onion powder, and season with salt and pepper to taste. Mix until everything is well combined.

            Transfer to Baking Dish: Pour the mixture into a 9-inch baking dish and spread it out evenly.

              Top with Cheese: Sprinkle the reserved sharp cheddar cheese on top of the dip.

                Bake: Place the baking dish in the preheated oven and bake for about 25-30 minutes or until bubbly and golden on top.
