Ingredients

1 pound ground beef

1 teaspoon garlic powder

1 teaspoon onion powder

1 teaspoon Italian seasoning

Salt and pepper, to taste

8 ounces refrigerated biscuit dough

1 cup shredded cheddar cheese

½ cup grated Parmesan cheese

2 tablespoons butter, melted

1 tablespoon fresh parsley, chopped (for garnish)

Instructions

Preheat your oven to 375°F (190°C) and line a baking sheet with parchment paper.

In a medium bowl, mix the ground beef, garlic powder, onion powder, Italian seasoning, salt, and pepper until well combined.

Divide the beef mixture into 8 equal portions and shape each portion into a small patty.

In another bowl, open the biscuit dough and separate it into 8 individual pieces. Flatten each piece slightly in the palm of your hand.

Place a cheese patty in the center of each flattened biscuit dough. Top it with about a tablespoon of shredded cheddar cheese.

Carefully fold the edges of the biscuit dough over the filling, pinching it together to seal completely. Form it into a ball shape.

Place the stuffed balls on the prepared baking sheet, seam side down.

Brush the tops of the bombs with the melted butter and sprinkle them with grated Parmesan cheese.

Bake in the preheated oven for 15-20 minutes, or until they are golden brown and cooked through.

Remove from the oven and let them cool for a minute. Garnish with fresh parsley before serving.
