4 boneless, skinless chicken breasts

1 cup panko breadcrumbs

1/2 cup grated Parmesan cheese

4 cloves garlic, minced

1 teaspoon dried Italian herbs (oregano, basil, thyme)

1 teaspoon paprika

1/2 teaspoon salt

1/4 teaspoon black pepper

1/4 cup fresh parsley, chopped (for garnish)

2 large eggs

2 tablespoons olive oil

Instructions
 

Preheat your oven to 400°F (200°C) and line a baking sheet with parchment paper.

    In a large mixing bowl, combine the panko breadcrumbs, grated Parmesan cheese, minced garlic, dried Italian herbs, paprika, salt, and black pepper. Mix well to ensure an even distribution of ingredients.

      In a separate bowl, whisk the eggs until well beaten.

        Dip each chicken breast into the beaten eggs, allowing any excess to drip off. Then, coat the chicken in the breadcrumb mixture, pressing lightly to ensure the crumbs adhere well to the surface.

          Heat the olive oil in a large skillet over medium heat. Once hot, sear the crusted chicken breasts for 2-3 minutes on each side until they are golden brown.

            Transfer the seared chicken to the prepared baking sheet and bake in the preheated oven for 20-25 minutes, or until the chicken is cooked through and reaches an internal temperature of 165°F (75°C).
