Ingredients

2 cups cooked chicken breast, shredded or diced

4 slices turkey bacon, cooked and crumbled

1 large avocado, diced

1 cup cherry tomatoes, halved

1 cup romaine lettuce, chopped

1/4 cup plain Greek yogurt

2 tablespoons mayonnaise (or more Greek yogurt for a lighter option)

1 tablespoon Dijon mustard

1 teaspoon garlic powder

1 teaspoon onion powder

Salt and pepper to taste

Juice of 1 lime or lemon

Optional: green onions or chives for garnish

Instructions

In a large mixing bowl, combine the cooked chicken, crumbled turkey bacon, diced avocado, and halved cherry tomatoes.

In a separate small bowl, whisk together the Greek yogurt, mayonnaise, Dijon mustard, garlic powder, onion powder, and lime or lemon juice until smooth.

Pour the dressing over the chicken mixture and gently toss to combine, ensuring everything is evenly coated.

Add the chopped romaine lettuce and season with salt and pepper to taste. Gently mix until just combined.

Allow the salad to sit for about 5 minutes to let the flavors meld.

Serve in individual bowls or on a bed of additional romaine lettuce. Garnish with green onions or chives if desired.
