8 oz cream cheese, softened

1 cup sour cream

1 cup mayonnaise

1 cup shredded cheddar cheese

1 cup shredded pepper jack cheese

4-6 fresh jalapeños, diced (seeds removed for less heat)

1 tsp garlic powder

1 tsp onion powder

1/2 tsp smoked paprika

Salt and pepper to taste

Fresh cilantro or green onions for garnish (optional)

Tortilla chips or bread for serving

Instructions
 

Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C).

    In a large mixing bowl, combine the softened cream cheese, sour cream, and mayonnaise. Mix until smooth and creamy.

      Stir in the cheddar cheese, pepper jack cheese, diced jalapeños, garlic powder, onion powder, smoked paprika, salt, and pepper until all ingredients are well combined.

        Transfer the mixture to a baking dish, spreading it evenly.

          Bake in the preheated oven for 20-25 minutes or until the dip is bubbly and golden on top.

            Remove from the oven and let cool for a few minutes. Optionally, garnish with chopped cilantro or green onions.

              Serve warm with tortilla chips or slices of bread for dipping.
