Ingredients
  

2 cups cooked shredded chicken (rotisserie works great)

1 cup cauliflower rice (fresh or frozen)

1 cup broccoli florets (fresh or frozen)

1 cup shredded cheddar cheese

1 cup cream cheese, softened

1/2 cup sour cream

1 teaspoon garlic powder

1 teaspoon onion powder

1 teaspoon smoked paprika

Salt and pepper to taste

1/4 cup green onions, chopped (for garnish)

Instructions
 

Preheat Oven: Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C).

    Mix Ingredients: In a large mixing bowl, combine the softened cream cheese, sour cream, garlic powder, onion powder, smoked paprika, salt, and pepper. Mix until smooth and well incorporated.

      Add Chicken and Veggies: Stir in the shredded chicken, cauliflower rice, and broccoli florets. Make sure all ingredients are evenly coated with the creamy mixture.

        Transfer to Baking Dish: Pour the mixture into a greased 9x13 inch baking dish, spreading it out evenly.

          Top with Cheese: Sprinkle the shredded cheddar cheese over the top of the casserole.

            Bake: Place the casserole in the preheated oven and bake for 25-30 minutes, or until the cheese is bubbly and golden brown.

              Garnish and Serve: Remove the casserole from the oven and let it cool for a few minutes. Top with chopped green onions before serving.
