Ingredients

1 can refrigerated pizza dough

1 cup mozzarella cheese, shredded

½ cup pepperoni slices, chopped

½ cup bell peppers, finely diced

1 teaspoon Italian seasoning

½ teaspoon garlic powder

1 tablespoon olive oil

Marinara sauce for dipping

Fresh basil leaves for garnish (optional)

Instructions

Preheat your oven to 400°F (200°C) and line a baking sheet with parchment paper.

On a clean surface, unroll the pizza dough and cut it into 12 equal squares.

In a mixing bowl, combine the mozzarella cheese, chopped pepperoni, diced bell peppers, Italian seasoning, and garlic powder. Mix well to combine.

Place a spoonful of the cheese and pepperoni mixture in the center of each square of dough.

Fold the corners of the dough over the filling to create a ball shape, pinching the edges together to seal. Ensure they are tightly closed to avoid leaking during baking.

Arrange the pizza bombs on the prepared baking sheet, seam side down. Brush the tops with olive oil for an extra golden finish.

Bake in the preheated oven for 12-15 minutes or until the dough is golden brown and fully cooked.

Remove from the oven and let the pizza bombs cool for a minute or two before serving.

Serve warm with marinara sauce on the side for dipping. Garnish with fresh basil leaves if desired.
