2 everything bagels, halved

2 large eggs

2 slices of bacon

2 sausage links, sliced

2 ounces of deli ham

2 ounces of pepperoni slices

1 ounce cream cheese

1 ounce mozzarella cheese, shredded

1 ounce cheddar cheese, shredded

1 ounce gouda cheese, shredded

1 ounce feta cheese, crumbled

Salt and pepper, to taste

Fresh chives, chopped (for garnish)

Butter, for toasting

Instructions
 

Prepare the Meats: In a skillet over medium heat, cook the bacon until crispy. Remove and set aside. In the same skillet, cook the sliced sausage links until browned. Add the deli ham and pepperoni, and cook for an additional 2-3 minutes until heated through. Set aside.

    Cook the Eggs: In a bowl, whisk the eggs with a pinch of salt and pepper. Pour the eggs into the hot skillet and scramble until fully cooked. Remove from heat.
