Ingredients

1 cup marshmallows (mini or regular)

1 cup chocolate chips (milk or dark)

1 cup graham cracker crumbs

1 package of refrigerated biscuit dough (about 8 oz)

1 cup all-purpose flour (for dusting)

1 cup vegetable oil (for frying)

Powdered sugar (for dusting)

Optional: A pinch of salt and cinnamon for flavor enhancement

Instructions

Prep the Fillings: In a bowl, mix the chocolate chips and marshmallows. If using regular marshmallows, cut them into quarters.

Prepare the Dough: On a lightly floured surface, roll out each biscuit into a circle about 4 inches in diameter. If using pizza dough, roll it out to the same thickness.

Form the Bombs: Place a tablespoon of the chocolate and marshmallow mixture in the center of each dough circle. Add a sprinkle of graham cracker crumbs on top, then fold the dough over and pinch the edges to seal securely, forming a ball.

Heat the Oil: In a deep skillet, heat the vegetable oil over medium-high heat. Use enough oil to cover the bottom of the skillet, about 1-2 inches deep.

Fry the Bombs: Once the oil is hot (around 350°F or 175°C), carefully add a few s'mores bombs at a time. Fry them for about 2-3 minutes per side or until they are golden brown. Avoid overcrowding the skillet.

Drain and Cool: Use a slotted spoon to remove the bombs and place them on a plate lined with paper towels to absorb excess oil.

Serve: Let them cool for a minute before dusting with powdered sugar. Serve hot and enjoy the gooey, melted chocolate and marshmallow center!
