Ingredients

1 cup graham cracker crumbs

1 cup mini marshmallows

1 cup chocolate chips (milk or dark)

1 can refrigerated biscuit dough (such as Pillsbury Grands)

1 cup all-purpose flour (for dusting)

Vegetable oil (for frying)

Powdered sugar (for dusting, optional)

Instructions

Prepare the Filling: In a large mixing bowl, combine the graham cracker crumbs, mini marshmallows, and chocolate chips. Mix them together until evenly distributed.

Form the Bombs: Open the biscuit dough and separate the biscuits. On a lightly floured surface, flatten each biscuit into a circle. Place about a tablespoon of the s'mores mixture in the center of each biscuit. Fold the edges over and pinch to seal them securely, ensuring the filling is completely enclosed.

Heat the Oil: In a large deep skillet or fryer, pour enough vegetable oil to submerge the bombs (about 2-3 inches deep). Heat the oil over medium-high heat until it reaches 350°F (175°C). You can check the temperature with a deep-fry thermometer.

Fry the Bombs: Carefully place a few of the prepared s'mores bombs in the hot oil, avoiding overcrowding. Fry them for about 2-3 minutes on each side or until they are golden brown and crispy. Use a slotted spoon to remove them and place them on a paper towel-lined plate to drain excess oil.

Serve: Once fried, dust the s'mores bombs with powdered sugar if desired. Serve them warm and enjoy the gooey s'mores filling inside.
