Ingredients

2 cups all-purpose flour

1 ½ teaspoons instant yeast

1 teaspoon sugar

½ teaspoon salt

¾ cup warm water (about 110°F or 43°C)

3 tablespoons unsalted butter, melted

4 cloves garlic, minced

2 tablespoons fresh parsley, finely chopped

1 teaspoon dried oregano

1 teaspoon Italian seasoning

Additional melted butter for brushing

Instructions

In a large mixing bowl, combine the flour, instant yeast, sugar, and salt. Mix well.

Create a well in the center of the dry ingredients and add the warm water and melted butter. Stir until the mixture begins to form a dough.

Knead the dough on a floured surface for about 5-7 minutes until it becomes smooth and elastic.

In a small bowl, mix the minced garlic, parsley, oregano, and Italian seasoning to create the garlic herb butter filling.

Place the dough in a greased bowl, cover it with a clean towel, and let it rise in a warm place for about 1 hour or until it has doubled in size.

Once risen, punch down the dough and divide it into 12 equal portions.

Flatten each piece of dough into a small disc and place about a teaspoon of the garlic herb butter mixture in the center. Fold the edges over and pinch to seal, then roll into a smooth ball.

Arrange the rolled dough balls in a greased baking dish, leaving some space between them for rising.

Cover the dish with a towel and let the rolls rise again for about 30 minutes.

Preheat your oven to 375°F (190°C).

Brush the tops of the rolls with additional melted butter before placing them in the oven.

Bake the rolls for 15-20 minutes, or until they are golden brown.

Remove from the oven and let them cool slightly before serving.
