Ingredients

3 cups all-purpose flour

2 tablespoons sugar

1 packet (2 ¼ teaspoons) active dry yeast

1 teaspoon salt

1 cup warm milk (110°F/45°C)

4 tablespoons unsalted butter, melted

4 cloves garlic, minced

2 tablespoons fresh parsley, finely chopped

1 teaspoon Italian seasoning

½ cup grated Parmesan cheese

Extra melted butter for brushing

Instructions

In a large bowl, combine warm milk, sugar, and yeast. Let it sit for about 5-10 minutes until frothy.

In a separate bowl, mix the flour and salt together.

Once the yeast mixture is bubbly, add the melted butter to it and stir well.

Gradually add the flour mixture to the yeast mixture, mixing until a soft dough forms.

Knead the dough on a floured surface for about 5-7 minutes until smooth and elastic.

Place the dough in a greased bowl, cover with a clean cloth, and let it rise in a warm area for about 1 hour or until doubled in size.

Meanwhile, prepare the garlic butter by melting ½ cup butter and mixing in minced garlic, parsley, Italian seasoning, and Parmesan cheese.

Once the dough has risen, punch it down and divide it into 12 equal pieces.

Shape each piece into a ball and dip into the garlic butter mixture, making sure to coat it thoroughly.

Arrange the coated dough balls in a greased round baking dish, placing them closely together.

Cover and let them rise again for about 30 minutes.

Preheat the oven to 375°F (190°C).

Brush any remaining garlic butter over the rolls before baking.

Bake for 20-25 minutes or until golden brown.

Remove from the oven and brush with additional melted butter for extra flavor.

Prep Time: 20 minutes | Total Time: 2 hours | Servings: 12 rolls

                                  - Presentation Tips: Serve warm in the baking dish or transfer to a bread basket lined with a soft cloth. For a pop of color, sprinkle additional fresh parsley over the top before serving.
