Ingredients

1 pound ground beef

4 slices of bacon, cooked and crumbled

1 cup shredded cheddar cheese

1/2 cup cream cheese, softened

2 tablespoons garlic powder

1 tablespoon Worcestershire sauce

Salt and pepper to taste

1 package of refrigerated crescent roll dough

1 tablespoon fresh parsley, chopped (for garnish)

1/4 cup unsalted butter, melted

Instructions

Preheat your oven to 375°F (190°C) and line a baking sheet with parchment paper.

In a large skillet, brown the ground beef over medium heat. Add the Worcestershire sauce, garlic powder, salt, and pepper. Cook until the beef is no longer pink, about 5 minutes. Remove from heat and let cool slightly.

In a mixing bowl, combine the cooked beef, crumbled bacon, shredded cheddar cheese, and softened cream cheese until well mixed.

Unroll the crescent roll dough on a lightly floured surface. Separate the dough into triangles as per the package instructions.

Place a generous spoonful of the beef mixture on the wide end of each triangle. Roll it up tightly, starting from the wide end towards the tip, and place it seam-side down on the prepared baking sheet.

Brush the tops of the rollups with the melted butter to give them a golden brown finish.

Bake in the preheated oven for 12-15 minutes, or until the rollups are golden brown.

Remove from the oven and let cool for a few minutes before garnishing with chopped fresh parsley.

Prep Time: 20 minutes | Total Time: 35 minutes | Servings: 8 rollups
