4 cloves garlic, minced

1 teaspoon paprika

For the Creamy Parmesan Pasta:

8 ounces fettuccine or your pasta of choice

1 cup heavy cream

1 cup grated Parmesan cheese

1 tablespoon olive oil

1 teaspoon garlic powder

Salt and pepper to taste

Optional: ½ cup peas or spinach for added color and nutrition

Instructions
 

Cook the Pasta:

    - In a large pot, bring salted water to a boil. Add the pasta and cook according to package instructions until al dente. Reserve 1 cup of pasta water, then drain and set aside.

      Prepare the Chicken Bites:

        - In a large skillet, melt the butter over medium heat. Once melted, add the minced garlic and sauté for about 1 minute until fragrant.

          - Add the chicken pieces to the skillet, season with salt, pepper, oregano, and paprika. Cook for about 5-7 minutes, or until the chicken is golden brown and cooked through, stirring occasionally.

            Make the Creamy Parmesan Sauce:

              - In the same skillet with the cooked chicken, reduce the heat to low and add olive oil. Pour in the heavy cream, stirring to combine.

                - Gradually whisk in the grated Parmesan cheese until fully melted and the sauce is creamy. If the sauce is too thick, gradually add reserved pasta water until desired consistency is reached. Season with garlic powder, salt, and pepper to taste.

                  Combine the Dishes:

                    - Add the cooked pasta to the skillet with the creamy sauce and chicken. Toss gently until the pasta is well-coated.

                      - If using, add peas or spinach and stir until heated through.
