Fresh parsley, chopped (for garnish)

For the Creamy Parmesan Pasta:

8 oz (225g) fettuccine or pasta of choice

1 cup heavy cream

1 cup freshly grated Parmesan cheese

2 tablespoons olive oil

1 tablespoon minced garlic

Salt and pepper, to taste

Fresh spinach (optional, for added nutrition)

Additional Parmesan and parsley for garnish

Instructions
 

Cook the Pasta:

    - In a large pot of boiling salted water, cook the pasta according to package instructions until al dente. Reserve 1 cup of pasta cooking water, then drain and set aside.

      Prepare the Garlic Butter Chicken Bites:

        - In a large skillet, melt the butter over medium heat.

          - Add the minced garlic and sauté for about 30 seconds until fragrant.

            - Increase the heat to medium-high, and add the chicken pieces to the skillet. Season with smoked paprika, dried herbs, salt, and pepper. Cook for 8-10 minutes, or until the chicken is cooked through and golden brown on the outside. Stir occasionally to ensure even cooking. Once done, remove from the skillet and set aside, keeping warm.

              Make the Creamy Parmesan Sauce:

                - In the same skillet, add olive oil and minced garlic over medium heat. Sauté for about 1 minute.

                  - Pour in the heavy cream, and bring to a gentle simmer. Add the grated Parmesan cheese, stirring continuously until melted and the sauce is creamy. If the sauce is too thick, add some reserved pasta water to reach your desired consistency. Season with salt and pepper to taste. If using spinach, add it now and let it wilt in the sauce.

                    Combine Pasta and Sauce:

                      - Add the cooked fettuccine to the creamy sauce, tossing to coat the pasta evenly with the sauce. Add the cooked chicken bites back to the skillet, stirring gently to combine.

                        Serve:
