Ingredients

4 lobster tails

1/2 cup unsalted butter

4 cloves garlic, minced

1 tablespoon fresh lemon juice

1 teaspoon paprika

1/2 teaspoon red pepper flakes (adjust to taste)

Salt and pepper to taste

Fresh parsley, chopped (for garnish)

Lemon wedges (for serving)

Instructions

Preheat your oven to 425°F (220°C).

Using kitchen scissors, carefully cut down the top shell of each lobster tail, stopping at the base but not cutting through the bottom.

Gently pull the meat away from the shell while keeping it attached at the base. Lift the meat out and lay it on top of the shell. This gives a beautiful presentation.

In a medium saucepan, melt the butter over medium heat. Once melted, add the minced garlic and sauté for about 1 minute until fragrant, but not browned.

Stir in the lemon juice, paprika, red pepper flakes, and a pinch of salt and pepper. Mix well.

Place the lobster tails on a baking sheet lined with parchment paper. Brush the garlic butter mixture generously over the lobster meat. Reserve some butter for basting while cooking.

Bake the lobster tails for about 12-15 minutes or until the meat is opaque and reaches an internal temperature of 140°F (60°C). Baste with the remaining garlic butter halfway through.

Once cooked, remove from the oven and let rest for a few minutes. Garnish with freshly chopped parsley and serve with lemon wedges on the side.

                  Prep Time: 15 minutes | Total Time: 30 minutes | Servings: 4

                    - Presentation Tips: Serve the lobster tails on a large platter, drizzled with remaining garlic butter and sprinkled with parsley for a stunning centerpiece at your dinner table.
