Ingredients

2 lobster tails, split in half lengthwise

4 tablespoons unsalted butter

4 cloves garlic, minced

1 cup heavy cream

1 cup grated Parmesan cheese

1 teaspoon Italian seasoning

Salt and pepper to taste

2 tablespoons fresh parsley, chopped (for garnish)

Lemon wedges (for serving)

Instructions

Preheat Oven: Start by preheating your oven to 375°F (190°C).

Prepare Lobster: Place the lobster tails on a baking sheet, cut-side up. Gently pull the lobster meat slightly away from the shell to create a space for the sauce, being careful not to detach it completely.

Make Alfredo Sauce: In a medium saucepan over medium heat, melt the butter. Add the minced garlic and sauté for 1-2 minutes until fragrant, stirring often to avoid burning.

Add Cream and Cheese: Pour in the heavy cream and stir well. Allow it to simmer for 2-3 minutes, then gradually whisk in the grated Parmesan cheese until it's smoothly melted and combined.

Season: Stir in the Italian seasoning, and season with salt and pepper to taste. Remove from heat.

Coat Lobster Tails: Spoon the garlic Parmesan Alfredo sauce generously over each lobster tail, making sure to cover the meat well.

Bake: Place the baking sheet in the preheated oven and bake the lobster tails for 15-20 minutes, or until the lobster meat is opaque and cooked through.

Garnish: Once out of the oven, sprinkle chopped fresh parsley over the lobster tails for a burst of color and freshness.

Serve: Plate the lobster tails with lemon wedges on the side for squeezing over the top. Enjoy hot for a delightful seafood experience.
