Ingredients

1 pound ground beef

1 cup sharp cheddar cheese, shredded

1/2 cup cooked bacon, chopped

1/4 cup cream cheese, softened

1 package biscuit dough (8 count)

2 tablespoons garlic powder

2 tablespoons grated Parmesan cheese

1 teaspoon onion powder

1 teaspoon smoked paprika

1 tablespoon olive oil

Salt and pepper to taste

Fresh parsley, chopped (for garnish)

Instructions

Preheat your oven to 375°F (190°C) and line a baking sheet with parchment paper.

In a mixing bowl, combine the ground beef, cooked bacon, cheddar cheese, cream cheese, garlic powder, onion powder, smoked paprika, salt, and pepper. Mix well until all ingredients are evenly incorporated.

Open the package of biscuit dough and separate each biscuit. Flatten each biscuit into a circle about ¼ inch thick on a lightly floured surface.

Place a generous spoonful of the beef mixture in the center of each biscuit circle. Carefully fold the edges of the biscuit over the filling, pinching to seal and form a ball.

Place the completed bombs seam-side down on the prepared baking sheet.

In a small bowl, mix the olive oil and grated Parmesan cheese, and brush this mixture over each bomb.

Bake in the preheated oven for 15-18 minutes or until the bombs are golden brown and cooked through.

Allow the bombs to cool slightly before serving. Garnish with freshly chopped parsley for a pop of color.

Prep Time: 15 min | Total Time: 35 min | Servings: 8 bombs

                    - Presentation Tips: Serve the bombs on a rustic wooden platter, surrounded by a few sprigs of parsley, and provide a side of your favorite dipping sauce, such as ranch or a spicy aioli. Enjoy!
