Ingredients

1 pound ground beef

4 oz cream cheese, softened

1 cup shredded cheddar cheese

1 cup cooked bacon, chopped

1 tablespoon garlic powder

¼ cup grated Parmesan cheese

1 teaspoon onion powder

1 teaspoon Worcestershire sauce

Salt and pepper to taste

1 can refrigerated biscuit dough

2 tablespoons fresh parsley, chopped (for garnish)

1 tablespoon butter, melted (for brushing)

Extra garlic powder for sprinkling

Instructions

Preheat the Oven: Preheat your oven to 375°F (190°C) and grease a baking sheet or line it with parchment paper.

Prepare Filling: In a mixing bowl, combine the ground beef, cream cheese, cheddar cheese, cooked bacon, garlic powder, Parmesan cheese, onion powder, Worcestershire sauce, salt, and pepper. Mix everything until well combined.

Divide Dough: Open the biscuit dough and separate the biscuits. Flatten each biscuit using your fingers or a rolling pin to create a small disc.

Stuff Biscuits: Place a generous scoop of the beef mixture in the center of each flattened biscuit. Fold the edges up over the filling to enclose it completely, pinching to seal.

Arrange on Baking Sheet: Place the filled and sealed biscuit balls seam-side down on the prepared baking sheet.

Brush with Butter: In a small bowl, mix the melted butter with a sprinkle of garlic powder. Brush this mixture over the tops of the biscuit bombs.

Bake: Bake in the preheated oven for about 20-25 minutes or until they are golden brown and cooked through.

Garnish and Serve: Remove from the oven and let cool for a few minutes. Sprinkle with fresh parsley before serving.

Prep Time: 15 minutes | Total Time: 40 minutes | Servings: 12 bombs

                    - Presentation Tips: Serve the burger bombs on a wooden board or platter, paired with a side of your favorite dipping sauces like ranch or spicy ketchup for added flavor.
