Ingredients

1 lb ground beef

1 cup shredded mozzarella cheese

½ cup grated Parmesan cheese

1 tablespoon minced garlic

1 teaspoon onion powder

1 teaspoon Worcestershire sauce

1 teaspoon salt

½ teaspoon black pepper

1 can (8 oz) refrigerated crescent roll dough

2 tablespoons unsalted butter, melted

2 tablespoons chopped fresh parsley (for garnish)

Optional: pickles, mustard, and ketchup for serving

Instructions

Preheat the Oven: Preheat your oven to 375°F (190°C) and line a baking sheet with parchment paper.

Prepare the Beef Mixture: In a large mixing bowl, combine the ground beef, mozzarella cheese, Parmesan cheese, minced garlic, onion powder, Worcestershire sauce, salt, and black pepper. Mix until well combined.

Form the Meatballs: Divide the beef mixture into 8 equal portions and shape each portion into a meatball. Set aside.

Prepare the Crescent Rolls: Unroll the crescent roll dough and separate it into 8 triangles. Place each meatball in the center of a triangle.

Wrap the Bombs: Fold the sides of the triangle over the meatball and pinch the seams to seal completely, ensuring no filling is exposed.

Brush with Butter: Place the wrapped bombs on the prepared baking sheet. Brush the tops with melted butter for a golden crust.

Bake: Bake in the preheated oven for 15-20 minutes or until the crescent dough is golden brown and the meat is cooked through.

Garnish and Serve: Remove from the oven, sprinkle with chopped fresh parsley, and let them cool slightly before serving. Serve with pickles, mustard, and ketchup if desired.
