Ingredients

1 lb ground beef

1 cup shredded cheddar cheese

1/2 cup cream cheese, softened

1/2 cup grated Parmesan cheese

1 teaspoon garlic powder

1 teaspoon onion powder

1 teaspoon Worcestershire sauce

1 teaspoon salt

1/2 teaspoon black pepper

1 package (16 oz) refrigerated biscuit dough

2 tablespoons unsalted butter, melted

2 tablespoons fresh parsley, chopped

Additional grated Parmesan for topping

Instructions

Preheat the Oven: Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C) and line a baking sheet with parchment paper.

Prepare the Beef Mixture: In a large bowl, combine the ground beef, shredded cheddar cheese, cream cheese, grated Parmesan cheese, garlic powder, onion powder, Worcestershire sauce, salt, and black pepper. Mix until all ingredients are well incorporated.

Prepare the Biscuit Dough: Open the tube of refrigerated biscuit dough and separate the biscuits. Flatten each biscuit into a circle about 3 inches in diameter.

Stuff the Bombs: Place about 2 tablespoons of the beef mixture in the center of each flattened biscuit. Carefully fold the edges of the biscuit over the filling, pinching to seal the mixture inside.

Brush with Butter: Arrange the stuffed biscuits seam side down on the prepared baking sheet. Brush the tops with melted butter and sprinkle with additional grated Parmesan cheese.

Bake: Bake in the preheated oven for about 15-20 minutes, or until the biscuits are golden brown and cooked through.

Garnish and Serve: Once baked, remove from the oven and immediately sprinkle with chopped fresh parsley. Let cool slightly before serving.
