Ingredients

1 lb ground beef

1 teaspoon garlic powder

1 teaspoon onion powder

1 teaspoon smoked paprika

Salt and pepper to taste

4 oz cream cheese, softened

1 cup shredded cheddar cheese

1/2 cup grated Parmesan cheese

1 package refrigerated biscuit dough (8 biscuits)

2 tablespoons olive oil

2 tablespoons fresh parsley, chopped

1 tablespoon minced garlic

Instructions

Preheat your oven to 375°F (190°C) and line a baking sheet with parchment paper.

In a large bowl, combine the ground beef, garlic powder, onion powder, smoked paprika, salt, and pepper. Mix until well combined.

In a separate bowl, blend the softened cream cheese, shredded cheddar cheese, and grated Parmesan cheese until smooth and creamy.

Take a tablespoon-sized portion of the beef mixture and press it flat in the palm of your hand. Place about a teaspoon of the cheese mixture in the center.

Carefully fold the edges of the beef around the cheese to create a ball, making sure the cheese is fully enclosed. Repeat with the remaining meat and cheese mixtures.

Open the biscuit dough and divide it into individual biscuits. Flatten each one into a round disc.

Place a beef ball in the center of the biscuit disc, then fold the dough over to completely seal the filling, pinching the edges to ensure a tight seal.

Arrange the bombs on the prepared baking sheet.

In a small bowl, mix the olive oil, minced garlic, and chopped parsley. Brush this mixture generously over the tops of each cheeseburger bomb.

Bake in the preheated oven for 15-20 minutes, or until the tops are golden brown and the beef is cooked through.

Let the bombs cool for a few minutes before serving to allow the cheese filling to set slightly.

                        Prep Time: 20 minutes | Total Time: 40 minutes | Servings: 8
