Ingredients

1 lb ground beef

1 cup shredded cheddar cheese

1/2 cup grated Parmesan cheese

1/4 cup cream cheese, softened

1 clove garlic, minced

1 teaspoon onion powder

1 teaspoon Worcestershire sauce

Salt and pepper to taste

1 can (8 oz) refrigerated biscuit dough

2 tablespoons unsalted butter, melted

1 tablespoon fresh parsley, chopped (for garnish)

Optional: pickles for serving

Instructions

Preheat the oven to 375°F (190°C) and line a baking sheet with parchment paper.

In a large mixing bowl, combine the ground beef, cheddar cheese, Parmesan cheese, cream cheese, minced garlic, onion powder, Worcestershire sauce, and season with salt and pepper. Mix until well combined.

Open the biscuit dough and separate into individual biscuits. Flatten each biscuit slightly in the palm of your hand.

Scoop a heaping tablespoon of the beef mixture onto the center of each flattened biscuit.

Fold the edges of the biscuit over the filling, pinching them together to seal completely. Roll into a ball and place seam-side down on the prepared baking sheet.

Brush the tops of the bombs with melted butter for a golden finish.

Bake in the preheated oven for 14-16 minutes or until the bombs are golden brown and cooked through.

Once out of the oven, allow them to cool for a few minutes before transferring to a serving platter.

Garnish with chopped parsley and serve warm. If desired, add pickles on the side for an extra crunch.

Prep Time: 20 mins | Total Time: 35 mins | Servings: 12 bombs
