Ingredients

1 pound ground beef

1 teaspoon garlic powder

1 teaspoon onion powder

Salt and pepper to taste

1 cup shredded cheddar cheese

1 cup shredded mozzarella cheese

2 tablespoons fresh parsley, chopped

1 can (8 oz) refrigerated crescent roll dough

4 tablespoons unsalted butter, melted

1 teaspoon garlic, minced

½ cup grated Parmesan cheese

Optional: Hamburger dill pickle slices for filling

Instructions

Preheat Oven: Preheat your oven to 375°F (190°C) and line a baking sheet with parchment paper.

Prepare the Beef: In a large mixing bowl, combine the ground beef, garlic powder, onion powder, salt, and pepper. Mix until well combined.

Cook the Beef: Heat a skillet over medium heat and brown the seasoned beef until fully cooked (about 7-10 minutes). Drain any excess fat and let it cool slightly.

Cheese Mixture: Stir in both the cheddar and mozzarella cheeses, as well as the chopped parsley into the beef mixture until evenly distributed. If using, add in a few pickle slices for extra flavor.

Prepare Crescent Rolls: Unroll the dough and separate it into triangles as indicated on the package.

Assemble Bombs: Place a tablespoon of the cheesy beef mixture in the center of each crescent roll triangle. Fold the dough over the filling and pinch to seal tightly, creating a ball.

Prepare Garlic Butter: In a small bowl, combine the melted butter, minced garlic, and grated Parmesan cheese. Mix well.

Coat the Bombs: Place the prepared cheeseburger bombs on the baking sheet. Brush the garlic Parmesan mixture generously over each bomb.

Bake: Bake in the preheated oven for 12-15 minutes or until golden brown and puffed up.

Cool and Serve: Remove from the oven and cool slightly. Serve warm for the best flavor.

                      Prep Time: 15 min | Total Time: 30 min | Servings: 8
