Ingredients

1 lb ground beef

1 cup shredded cheddar cheese

1/2 cup grated Parmesan cheese

1 tablespoon garlic powder

1 teaspoon onion powder

1 teaspoon Worcestershire sauce

1/2 teaspoon salt

1/4 teaspoon black pepper

1 can refrigerated pizza dough

1 egg, beaten (for egg wash)

Fresh parsley, finely chopped (for garnish)

Instructions

Preheat your oven to 375°F (190°C).

In a large mixing bowl, combine ground beef, garlic powder, onion powder, Worcestershire sauce, salt, and pepper. Mix until well incorporated.

Divide the beef mixture into 12 equal portions and shape each portion into a small patty.

Place a tablespoon of cheddar and Parmesan cheese in the center of each patty. Wrap the beef around the cheese completely, ensuring it’s sealed well.

Roll out the pizza dough on a lightly floured surface and cut it into 12 squares.

Place one cheese-stuffed meatball in the center of each pizza dough square. Fold the dough over the meatball and pinch the edges to seal tightly.

Place the prepared bombs seam side down on a baking sheet lined with parchment paper.

Brush each bomb with the beaten egg to give it a golden color when baked.

Bake in the preheated oven for 20-25 minutes or until the bombs are golden brown and the meat is cooked through.

Remove from oven and let cool slightly before serving.

Garnish with fresh parsley before serving for a pop of color and flavor.
