Ingredients

3 cans of refrigerated biscuit dough (like buttermilk or flaky)

1/2 cup unsalted butter, melted

4 cloves garlic, minced

1 teaspoon Italian seasoning

1/2 teaspoon red pepper flakes (optional, for a bit of heat)

1 cup grated Parmesan cheese

2 tablespoons fresh parsley, chopped (plus extra for garnish)

1 teaspoon salt

1 teaspoon black pepper

Instructions

Preheat the Oven: Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C) and grease a bundt pan with non-stick spray or butter.

Prep Biscuits: Open the cans of biscuit dough and separate all the biscuits. Cut each biscuit into quarters.

Garlic Butter Mixture: In a medium-sized bowl, combine the melted butter, minced garlic, Italian seasoning, red pepper flakes, salt, and black pepper. Stir until well mixed.

Coat the Biscuit Pieces: In a large mixing bowl, add the biscuit pieces. Pour the garlic butter mixture over the biscuit pieces and toss to coat evenly.

Layer with Cheese: Sprinkle half of the Parmesan cheese over the coated biscuit pieces. Toss again lightly to distribute the Parmesan throughout.

Fill the Bundt Pan: Transfer half of the biscuit mixture into the prepared bundt pan. Sprinkle half of the remaining Parmesan on top. Add the rest of the biscuit mixture and top with the remaining Parmesan.

Bake: Place the bundt pan in the preheated oven and bake for 30-35 minutes or until the top is golden brown and the biscuits are cooked through.

Cool & Serve: Once baked, remove the bundt pan from the oven and let it cool for about 5 minutes. Invert onto a serving plate and sprinkle with fresh parsley before serving.

Enjoy: Pull apart the fluffy, cheesy, garlic-rich pieces and enjoy your delicious Garlic Parmesan Monkey Bread warm!
