cup
grated Parmesan cheese
2
tablespoons
olive oil
1
teaspoon
garlic powder
1
teaspoon
onion powder
0.5
teaspoon
paprika
to taste
Salt and pepper
for garnish
Fresh parsley, chopped
Instructions
Preheat your oven to 225°F (110°C). Line a baking sheet with parchment paper to prevent sticking.
In a large bowl, combine the sliced zucchinis with olive oil, ensuring they are well-coated.
In a separate bowl, mix the grated Parmesan cheese, garlic powder, onion powder, paprika, salt, and pepper.
Sprinkle the cheese mixture over the zucchini slices, tossing to evenly coat each slice.
Arrange the zucchini slices in a single layer on the prepared baking sheet, taking care not to overlap them.
Bake in the preheated oven for 1.5 to 2 hours, or until the chips are golden and crispy, flipping them halfway through for even cooking.
Once done, remove from the oven and let them cool for a few minutes. They will continue to crisp up as they cool.
To serve, sprinkle with chopped fresh parsley for a pop of color and additional flavor.
Notes
Ensure zucchini slices are thin for best crispiness.
