500g ground beef

250g ground pork

1 medium onion, finely chopped

2 cloves garlic, minced

100g breadcrumbs

2 large eggs

2 tablespoons Dijon mustard

1 tablespoon Worcestershire sauce

1 tablespoon fresh parsley, chopped

Salt and pepper to taste

2 tablespoons vegetable oil (for frying)

Instructions
 

In a large mixing bowl, combine the ground beef and pork.

    Add the finely chopped onion, minced garlic, breadcrumbs, eggs, Dijon mustard, Worcestershire sauce, and fresh parsley to the meat.

      Season with salt and pepper to taste.

        Mix all the ingredients together using your hands until well combined.

          Divide the mixture into equal portions and shape them into patties (about 2-3 cm thick).

            Heat the vegetable oil in a large skillet over medium heat.

              Carefully place the patties in the skillet, cooking them for about 5-6 minutes per side, or until they are browned and cooked through. Ensure the internal temperature reaches 75°C (165°F).

                Once cooked, remove the frikadellen from the skillet and let them drain on a paper towel to absorb excess oil.

                  Serve hot with traditional sides such as potato salad or crusty bread and enjoy!
