Ingredients

1 lb ground beef

1 teaspoon garlic powder

1 teaspoon onion powder

1 teaspoon smoked paprika

Salt and pepper to taste

4 large flour tortillas

1 cup shredded cheddar cheese

1 cup lettuce, shredded

1 medium tomato, diced

1/2 cup pickles, chopped

1/4 cup mayonnaise

2 tablespoons ketchup

2 tablespoons mustard

Instructions

In a large bowl, mix the ground beef with garlic powder, onion powder, smoked paprika, salt, and pepper. Combine until well mixed, then form into 4 equally sized patties.

Preheat your grill or grill pan over medium heat. Cook the patties for about 4-5 minutes on each side, or until they reach your desired level of doneness. In the last minute of cooking, place shredded cheddar cheese on top of each patty to melt.

While the burgers are cooking, prepare your wraps. Lay out the flour tortillas on a clean surface.

Spread a layer of mayonnaise on each tortilla, followed by ketchup and mustard to taste.

Place a cooked cheeseburger patty in the center of each tortilla, then top with shredded lettuce, diced tomato, and chopped pickles.

Fold the sides of the tortilla inward and then roll it up from the bottom to enclose the filling, wrapping tightly.

Optional: Lightly grill the wrapped burgers on the grill pan for 2-3 minutes, seam side down, until golden and crisp.

Slice the wraps in half diagonally for easier eating and serve warm.

                  Prep Time: 15 min | Total Time: 30 min | Servings: 4

                    - Presentation Tips: Serve the wraps on a wooden board or a plate, alongside additional ketchup and mustard in small bowls for dipping. Add some extra pickle slices on the side for an appealing garnish.
