Ingredients

1 lb ground beef

1 cup shredded cheddar cheese

1 teaspoon garlic powder

1 teaspoon onion powder

1/2 teaspoon smoked paprika

Salt and black pepper to taste

4 large flour tortillas

1 cup shredded lettuce

1 large tomato, diced

1/4 cup pickles, sliced

1/4 cup ketchup

1/4 cup mustard

1 tablespoon olive oil (for grilling)

Instructions

In a large mixing bowl, combine the ground beef, garlic powder, onion powder, smoked paprika, salt, and black pepper. Mix well until all ingredients are evenly incorporated.

Preheat a skillet or grill pan over medium-high heat. Form the beef mixture into four equal-sized patties.

Cook the patties in the preheated skillet for about 4-5 minutes on each side, or until fully cooked and browned. During the last minute of cooking, sprinkle shredded cheddar cheese on top of each patty to melt.

Once the cheese is melted, remove the patties from the skillet and let them rest for a minute.

Lay a flour tortilla flat on a clean surface. Place a cooked cheeseburger patty in the center of the tortilla.

Top the patty with shredded lettuce, diced tomatoes, pickles, ketchup, and mustard to taste.

Fold the sides of the tortilla inwards and then roll it up tightly from the bottom to secure the filling.

Wipe the skillet clean, and add olive oil over medium heat. Place the wraps seam-side down on the skillet and grill for about 2-3 minutes on each side, or until golden brown and crispy.

Once the wraps are grilled to perfection, remove them from the skillet and let them cool for a minute before slicing in half.

                    Prep Time: 10 minutes | Total Time: 30 minutes | Servings: 4

                      - Presentation Tips: Arrange the grilled wraps on a serving platter, and serve with a side of extra pickles and dipping sauces like BBQ or ranch. Add a sprinkle of fresh parsley for a pop of color!
