Ingredients

1 lb ground beef

1 teaspoon garlic powder

1 teaspoon onion powder

1 teaspoon smoked paprika

Salt and pepper to taste

4 slices of cheddar cheese

4 large flour tortillas

1 cup lettuce, shredded

1 medium tomato, diced

¼ cup pickles, sliced

¼ cup mayonnaise

1 tablespoon mustard

Olive oil or cooking spray for grilling

Instructions

In a mixing bowl, combine the ground beef, garlic powder, onion powder, smoked paprika, salt, and pepper. Mix thoroughly until all ingredients are well incorporated.

Preheat a grill or grill pan over medium heat.

Form the seasoned beef mixture into 4 equal-sized patties.

Grill the patties for about 4-5 minutes on one side. Flip the patties over and place a slice of cheddar cheese on top. Cook for an additional 4-5 minutes, or until the cheese is melted and the meat is cooked to your desired doneness. Remove from heat.

In the meantime, combine mayonnaise and mustard in a small bowl. Set aside.

To assemble the wraps, lay one tortilla flat on a clean surface. Spread a layer of the mayonnaise-mustard mixture over the tortilla.

Top with shredded lettuce, diced tomato, a grilled cheeseburger patty, and pickles.

Fold in the sides of the tortilla and then roll it tightly from the bottom to top to create a wrap. Repeat with the remaining tortillas and patty ingredients.

Lightly spray the outside of each wrap with olive oil or cooking spray.

Return the wraps to the grill or grill pan and toast on each side for 3-4 minutes or until golden brown and crispy.

Remove from the grill, slice in half if desired, and serve warm with extra pickles or your favorite dipping sauce.
