Ingredients

12 Hawaiian sweet dinner rolls

12 slices of ham (preferably honey glazed)

12 slices of Swiss cheese

1/2 cup unsalted butter, melted

1 tablespoon Dijon mustard

1 tablespoon Worcestershire sauce

1 tablespoon poppy seeds

1 teaspoon garlic powder

1 teaspoon onion powder

Salt and pepper to taste

Fresh parsley, chopped for garnish (optional)

Instructions

Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C).

Carefully slice the Hawaiian rolls in half, keeping the tops and bottoms connected. Place the bottom halves in a greased baking dish (approximately 9x13 inches).

Layer half of the cheese slices over the bottom halves of the rolls, then add the ham slices evenly over the cheese. Top the ham with the remaining cheese slices.

Place the tops of the rolls back on the sliders.

In a mixing bowl, whisk together the melted butter, Dijon mustard, Worcestershire sauce, poppy seeds, garlic powder, onion powder, salt, and pepper until well combined.

Brush the butter mixture generously over the tops of the rolls, making sure to cover them evenly.

Cover the baking dish with aluminum foil and bake for 15 minutes. Then, remove the foil and bake for an additional 10-15 minutes, or until the tops are golden brown and the cheese is melted.

Once done, remove from the oven and let cool for a few minutes. If desired, sprinkle with fresh parsley for added flavor and presentation.

Slice the sliders apart and serve warm. Enjoy the gooey, cheesy goodness!
