Ingredients

1 pound large shrimp, peeled and deveined

2 tablespoons vegetable oil

2 cloves garlic, minced

1 tablespoon fresh ginger, grated

2 tablespoons soy sauce

1 tablespoon sesame oil

1 tablespoon honey

1 teaspoon lime juice

1 zucchini, sliced into half-moons

1 bell pepper (red or yellow), sliced

1 cup broccoli florets

2 green onions, sliced (for garnish)

Sesame seeds (for garnish)

Instructions

Marinate the Shrimp: In a bowl, combine the shrimp, soy sauce, sesame oil, honey, and lime juice. Mix well and let it marinate in the refrigerator for at least 15 minutes.

Preheat the Pan: Heat the vegetable oil in a large skillet or wok over medium-high heat.

Cook the Aromatics: Add the minced garlic and grated ginger to the pan. Sauté for about 30 seconds, or until fragrant.

Add the Vegetables: Toss in the zucchini, bell pepper, and broccoli. Stir-fry for about 3-5 minutes until the veggies are slightly tender but still crisp.

Cook the Shrimp: Push the vegetables to one side of the pan and add the marinated shrimp. Cook for about 2-3 minutes on each side or until the shrimp are pink and opaque.

Combine and Serve: Mix the shrimp with the vegetables and cook for an additional minute to combine flavors.

Garnish: Remove from heat and sprinkle with sliced green onions and sesame seeds before serving.
