Ingredients

200g beef sirloin, thinly sliced

150g rice noodles

2 tablespoons hoisin sauce

1 tablespoon soy sauce

1 tablespoon sesame oil

1 red bell pepper, julienned

1 cup broccoli florets

2 cloves garlic, minced

1 teaspoon ginger, grated

2 green onions, chopped

Sesame seeds for garnish

Salt and pepper to taste

Instructions

Begin by cooking the rice noodles according to package instructions. Drain and rinse under cold water to prevent sticking. Set aside.

In a large skillet or wok, heat the sesame oil over medium-high heat. Add the minced garlic and grated ginger, and stir-fry for 30 seconds until fragrant.

Add the sliced beef sirloin to the skillet, season with salt and pepper, and cook until browned, about 2-3 minutes.

Toss in the julienned red bell pepper and broccoli florets, stirring frequently for another 3-4 minutes until the vegetables are tender-crisp.

Reduce the heat to medium and stir in the hoisin sauce and soy sauce. Mix well to ensure the beef and vegetables are well coated.

Add the cooked rice noodles to the skillet, tossing everything together until the noodles are heated through and evenly mixed with the sauce.

Remove from heat, and sprinkle with chopped green onions and sesame seeds before serving.

                Prep Time: 10 mins | Total Time: 25 mins | Servings: 2

                  - Presentation Tips: Serve the noodles in a large bowl or plate, garnishing with extra green onions and a sprinkle of sesame seeds for a pop of texture and flavor. Add a lime wedge on the side for a zesty touch!
