2 ounces cream cheese, softened

1 ripe banana, sliced

2 tablespoons honey

1/2 teaspoon cinnamon

1/2 cup shredded sharp cheddar cheese

Instructions
 

Start by spreading one side of each slice of bread with softened butter. This will give the sandwich a nice golden crust when grilled.

    On the unbuttered side of one slice, spread the cream cheese evenly.

      Layer the banana slices on top of the cream cheese, overlapping slightly.

        Drizzle 1 tablespoon of honey over the banana slices, then sprinkle with cinnamon and a pinch of sea salt for an extra flavor pop.
