Ingredients

1 lb salmon fillet, skin removed and cut into bite-sized pieces

3 tablespoons unsalted butter

2 tablespoons honey

3 cloves garlic, minced

1 tablespoon soy sauce

1 teaspoon fresh ginger, grated

1 tablespoon lemon juice

Salt and pepper to taste

1 tablespoon chopped fresh parsley (for garnish)

Instructions

Prepare the Salmon: In a bowl, season the salmon bites with salt and pepper. Set aside while you prepare the glaze.

Make the Honey Butter Garlic Glaze: In a medium saucepan, melt the butter over medium heat. Add the minced garlic and grated ginger, sautéing for about 1-2 minutes, until fragrant. Be careful not to burn the garlic.

Add Sweetness: Stir in the honey and soy sauce. Allow the mixture to simmer for 2-3 minutes, letting the flavors meld together. Remove from heat and add lemon juice.

Glaze the Salmon: In a large non-stick skillet, heat a small amount of oil over medium-high heat. Add the salmon bites and sear them for about 2-3 minutes on each side, just until they are golden brown and cooked through.

Coat with Glaze: Once the salmon bites are cooked, drizzle the honey butter garlic glaze over them in the skillet, gently tossing to coat every piece evenly. Cook for an additional minute to let the glaze adhere.

Garnish and Serve: Remove the salmon bites from the skillet and transfer them to a serving plate. Garnish with chopped parsley for a fresh touch.

              Prep Time: 10 min | Total Time: 25 min | Servings: 4

                - Presentation Tips: Arrange the salmon bites on a platter and drizzle any remaining glaze over the top. Serve with lemon wedges for an extra pop of color and flavor!
