Ingredients

4 salmon fillets (6 oz each)

1/4 cup unsalted butter, melted

1/4 cup honey

2 tablespoons lime juice (about 1 lime)

4 cloves garlic, minced

1 teaspoon lime zest

1 teaspoon soy sauce (or tamari for gluten-free)

Salt and pepper to taste

Fresh chopped parsley, for garnish

Lime wedges, for serving

Instructions

Preheat your oven to 375°F (190°C) and line a baking dish with parchment paper for easier cleanup.

In a mixing bowl, combine the melted butter, honey, lime juice, minced garlic, lime zest, and soy sauce. Whisk until the mixture is well blended.

Place the salmon fillets skin-side down in the prepared baking dish.

Season the salmon with salt and pepper to taste.

Pour the honey-lime garlic butter mixture evenly over the salmon fillets, ensuring they are well coated with the sauce.

Bake the salmon in the preheated oven for 15-18 minutes, or until the salmon flakes easily with a fork and is cooked to your desired level of doneness.

Once baked, let the salmon rest for a few minutes. Drizzle any remaining sauce from the baking dish over the fillets.

Garnish with fresh chopped parsley and serve with lime wedges on the side.
