Ingredients

4 tilapia fillets

1/4 cup honey

1/4 cup Dijon mustard

1 cup panko breadcrumbs

1/2 teaspoon garlic powder

1/2 teaspoon smoked paprika

1/4 teaspoon black pepper

Salt to taste

2 tablespoons olive oil

Fresh parsley, chopped (for garnish)

Lemon wedges (for serving)

Instructions

Preheat the Oven: Preheat your oven to 400°F (200°C). Line a baking sheet with parchment paper for easy cleanup.

Prepare the Honey Mustard Mixture: In a small bowl, whisk together the honey and Dijon mustard until combined. Set aside.

Prepare the Breadcrumb Coating: In another bowl, mix the panko breadcrumbs, garlic powder, smoked paprika, pepper, and a pinch of salt. Drizzle in the olive oil and mix until the breadcrumbs are evenly coated.

Coat the Tilapia: Pat the tilapia fillets dry with paper towels. Place the fillets on the prepared baking sheet. Using a brush or spoon, spread a generous amount of the honey mustard mixture over each fillet.

Add the Crust: Press the breadcrumb mixture onto the honey mustard-coated side of each fillet, ensuring an even layer.

Bake: Bake in the preheated oven for 15-20 minutes, or until the fish is cooked through and flakes easily with a fork. The crust should be golden brown.

Garnish and Serve: Remove from the oven and garnish with chopped fresh parsley. Serve with lemon wedges on the side for an extra zesty flavor.
