Ingredients

1 pound large shrimp, peeled and deveined

3 tablespoons honey

2 tablespoons Sriracha sauce

2 tablespoons soy sauce

1 tablespoon sesame oil

3 cloves garlic, minced

1 tablespoon fresh ginger, grated

1 tablespoon lime juice

Salt and pepper to taste

2 green onions, sliced (for garnish)

Sesame seeds (for garnish)

Instructions

In a medium bowl, whisk together honey, Sriracha sauce, soy sauce, sesame oil, minced garlic, grated ginger, and lime juice until well combined.

Add the shrimp to the marinade, making sure each piece is well coated. Cover with plastic wrap and let it marinate in the refrigerator for at least 20 minutes (up to 1 hour for more flavor).

Heat a large skillet or wok over medium-high heat. Once hot, add a drizzle of oil (if desired) to prevent sticking.

Add the marinated shrimp to the skillet in a single layer. Cook for about 2-3 minutes per side, or until the shrimp are pink and opaque. Avoid overcrowding the skillet; you can do this in batches if necessary.

Remove the shrimp from the heat and pour any remaining marinade over them, cooking for an additional minute to slightly thicken the sauce.

Season with salt and pepper to taste and remove from heat.

Transfer the shrimp to a serving plate and garnish with sliced green onions and sesame seeds.
