Ingredients

8 ounces cream cheese, softened

1 cup sour cream

1 cup mayonnaise

2 cups shredded sharp cheddar cheese

1 cup crumbled cooked bacon (about 8 slices)

1/2 teaspoon garlic powder

1/2 teaspoon onion powder

1/2 teaspoon smoked paprika

1/4 teaspoon black pepper

1/4 cup green onions, chopped (for garnish)

Tortilla chips or sliced baguette (for serving)

Instructions

Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C).

In a large mixing bowl, combine the softened cream cheese, sour cream, and mayonnaise. Mix until smooth and well-combined.

Stir in the shredded sharp cheddar cheese, crumbled bacon, garlic powder, onion powder, smoked paprika, and black pepper. Mix until everything is evenly distributed.

Transfer the mixture into a baking dish (a 9-inch pie dish works great) and spread it out evenly.

Bake in the preheated oven for 20-25 minutes or until the dip is hot and bubbly, and the top is lightly golden.

Remove from the oven and let it cool for a few minutes. Sprinkle with chopped green onions before serving.

Serve warm with tortilla chips or sliced baguette for dipping.
