Ingredients

2 lbs chicken wings

1/2 cup unsalted butter

4 cloves garlic, minced

1 tablespoon truffle oil

1 teaspoon crushed red pepper flakes

1/2 cup grated Parmesan cheese

1/4 teaspoon black pepper

1/4 teaspoon salt

Fresh parsley, chopped (for garnish)

Optional: Celery sticks and ranch dressing (for serving)

Instructions

Preheat your oven to 425°F (220°C) and line a baking sheet with parchment paper.

In a large bowl, place the chicken wings and season them with salt and black pepper. Toss until evenly coated.

Spread the wings in a single layer on the prepared baking sheet, making sure they are not touching each other.

Bake the wings in the preheated oven for 25-30 minutes, turning them halfway through, until they are crispy and golden brown.

While the wings are baking, melt the unsalted butter in a saucepan over medium heat.

Add the minced garlic to the melted butter and sauté for about 1-2 minutes, until fragrant, being careful not to let it brown.

Remove the saucepan from the heat and stir in the truffle oil and crushed red pepper flakes.

Once the wings are done baking, transfer them to a large mixing bowl. Pour the garlic butter mixture over the wings and toss until well-coated.

Add the grated Parmesan cheese and toss again until the wings are fully covered in savory goodness.

Return the wings to the baking sheet and bake for an additional 5-7 minutes to allow the cheese to melt and get slightly crispy.

Remove from the oven and garnish with freshly chopped parsley before serving.

                        Prep Time: 10 mins | Total Time: 45 mins | Servings: 4

                          - Presentation Tips: Arrange the wings on a large platter, sprinkle with extra Parmesan and parsley, and serve with celery sticks and ranch dressing on the side for dipping. Enjoy the feast!
