Ingredients

1 lb ground beef

6 slices of bacon, cooked and crumbled

1 cup shredded sharp cheddar cheese

1 cup shredded lettuce

1 medium tomato, diced

1/2 red onion, diced

1/4 cup dill pickles, chopped

2 tablespoons ketchup

2 tablespoons mustard

4 large flour tortillas

Salt and pepper to taste

Optional: hot sauce, for an extra kick

Instructions

Cook the Beef: In a large skillet over medium-high heat, cook the ground beef until browned, about 5-7 minutes. Season with salt and pepper. Drain excess fat if necessary.

Prepare Bacon: While the beef is cooking, fry the bacon in a separate pan until crispy. Once cooked, remove from heat, let cool slightly, and crumble into pieces.

Mix Ingredients: In a large mixing bowl, combine the cooked beef, crumbled bacon, cheddar cheese, lettuce, diced tomato, red onion, and pickles. Drizzle ketchup and mustard over the mixture and toss everything together until well combined.

Assemble Burritos: Lay a large flour tortilla on a flat surface. Place a generous scoop of the burger mixture in the center of the tortilla. Fold in the sides and roll tightly from the bottom up, securing the filling inside.

Optional Grill: For added crunch, place the burrito seam-side down in a panini press or skillet for 3-4 minutes until golden brown and slightly crispy.

Serve: Cut the burrito in half and serve immediately. Drizzle with hot sauce if desired.

              Prep Time: 15 minutes | Total Time: 30 minutes | Servings: 4

                - Presentation Tips: Serve the burritos on a large platter surrounded by extra ketchup, mustard, and pickles for dipping. Consider garnishing with extra shredded lettuce and slices of tomato on the side for a fresh touch.
