Ingredients

2 pounds little smokies sausages

1 cup barbecue sauce (your favorite brand)

1/4 cup honey

1 tablespoon Dijon mustard

1 tablespoon Worcestershire sauce

1/2 teaspoon garlic powder

1/2 teaspoon onion powder

1/4 teaspoon cayenne pepper (adjust to taste)

1 tablespoon apple cider vinegar

Optional: sliced green onions or fresh parsley for garnish

Instructions

Prepare the Sauce: In a mixing bowl, combine the barbecue sauce, honey, Dijon mustard, Worcestershire sauce, garlic powder, onion powder, cayenne pepper, and apple cider vinegar. Mix well until all ingredients are thoroughly blended.

Add Ingredients to Instant Pot: Place the little smokies in the Instant Pot. Pour the prepared barbecue sauce mixture over the sausages, making sure they are well coated.

Set Up the Instant Pot: Close the lid securely and set the valve to the sealing position. Select the Manual or Pressure Cook setting and adjust the cooking time to 5 minutes.

Cooking Time: Once the cooking cycle is complete, allow for a natural pressure release for about 5 minutes, then carefully perform a quick release for any remaining pressure.

Serve: Open the lid and gently stir the little smokies to coat them in the sauce. Transfer them to a serving platter and garnish with sliced green onions or chopped parsley if desired.

Enjoy: Serve warm as an appetizer at a party, a game day snack, or a delightful addition to any gathering!
