Ingredients

1 lb ground beef

1 cup shredded cheddar cheese

1 cup shredded mozzarella cheese

4 cloves garlic, minced

1 teaspoon Italian seasoning

1 teaspoon onion powder

Salt and pepper to taste

1 can refrigerated biscuit dough (8 biscuits)

1/4 cup grated Parmesan cheese

1 tablespoon fresh parsley, chopped (for garnish)

1 tablespoon olive oil

Instructions

Preheat the oven to 375°F (190°C).

In a large skillet over medium-high heat, add the ground beef. Season with salt, pepper, garlic, Italian seasoning, and onion powder. Cook until browned, breaking it apart with a wooden spoon. Drain excess fat if necessary.

Once the beef is cooked through, add the minced garlic and stir for about 1 minute until fragrant. Remove from heat and let it cool slightly.

In a mixing bowl, combine the cooked beef mixture with the cheddar and mozzarella cheeses, mixing until well combined.

Open the can of biscuit dough and separate each biscuit. Flatten each biscuit into a circle (about 3-4 inches in diameter).

Place a generous tablespoon of the cheesy beef mixture in the center of each biscuit circle.

Fold the edges of the biscuit over the filling, pinching to seal tightly, ensuring the mixture doesn’t escape.

Arrange the filled bombs on a baking sheet lined with parchment paper. Brush each with olive oil and sprinkle grated Parmesan cheese on top.

Bake in the preheated oven for 15-20 minutes, or until the biscuit bombs are golden brown.

Once baked, remove from the oven and let them cool for a couple of minutes. Garnish with freshly chopped parsley before serving.

                      - Prep Time: 15 minutes | Total Time: 35 minutes | Servings: 8 bombs

                        - Presentation Tips: Serve the garlic parmesan cheeseburger bombs warm on a platter, with marinara sauce for dipping alongside. You can place fresh parsley on the platter for a pop of color!
