Ingredients

1 lb ground beef

1 cup shredded cheddar cheese

4 oz cream cheese, softened

1 tablespoon garlic powder

1 teaspoon onion powder

1 teaspoon Worcestershire sauce

Salt and pepper to taste

1 can (8 oz) refrigerated crescent roll dough

½ cup grated Parmesan cheese

2 tablespoons melted butter

Chopped fresh parsley for garnish (optional)

Instructions

Preheat the Oven: Preheat your oven to 375°F (190°C). Line a baking sheet with parchment paper.

Prepare the Meat Mixture: In a large mixing bowl, combine the ground beef, cheddar cheese, cream cheese, garlic powder, onion powder, Worcestershire sauce, salt, and pepper. Mix until thoroughly combined.

Prep the Dough: Unroll the crescent roll dough onto a clean surface and separate it into triangles.

Form the Bombs: Place a tablespoon of the beef mixture in the center of each triangle. Gently fold the dough over the filling, pinching the edges together to seal them, forming a ball. Ensure the filling is completely enclosed.

Add the Toppings: Place the filled dough balls seam-side down on the prepared baking sheet. Brush the tops with melted butter and sprinkle the grated Parmesan cheese evenly over each bomb.

Bake: Bake in the preheated oven for 15-18 minutes or until the tops are golden brown and the dough is fully cooked.

Serve: Allow the cheeseburger bombs to cool slightly before serving. Garnish with chopped parsley if desired.
