Ingredients

1 (8 oz) package cream cheese, softened

1 cup sour cream

1 cup shredded cheddar cheese

1/2 cup grated parmesan cheese

1 cup pickled jalapeños, chopped (reserve some for garnish)

1/4 cup green onions, chopped (plus extra for garnish)

1 teaspoon garlic powder

1 teaspoon onion powder

1/2 teaspoon paprika

Salt and pepper to taste

Tortilla chips or pita bread for serving

Instructions

Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C).

In a large mixing bowl, combine the softened cream cheese and sour cream. Use a hand mixer or spatula to blend until smooth and creamy.

Add the shredded cheddar cheese, grated parmesan cheese, chopped jalapeños, green onions, garlic powder, onion powder, paprika, salt, and pepper. Stir until all ingredients are well incorporated.

Transfer the dip mixture into a greased baking dish (about 8x8 inches).

Smooth the top of the dip with a spatula and sprinkle additional cheddar cheese on top for extra cheesiness.

Bake in the preheated oven for 20-25 minutes, or until the dip is bubbly and golden on top.

Remove from the oven and let it cool slightly. Garnish with reserved chopped jalapeños and extra green onions before serving.

Serve warm with tortilla chips or pita bread for dipping.
