Ingredients

4 (6 oz) Chilean Seabass fillets

¼ cup low-sodium soy sauce

2 tablespoons fresh ginger, grated

2 cloves garlic, minced

2 tablespoons sesame oil

1 tablespoon rice vinegar

1 tablespoon erythritol (or preferred keto sweetener)

1 teaspoon red pepper flakes (optional, for heat)

1 tablespoon green onions, sliced (for garnish)

1 tablespoon sesame seeds (for garnish)

1 lime, cut into wedges (for serving)

Instructions

Marinate the Fish: In a small bowl, whisk together the soy sauce, grated ginger, minced garlic, sesame oil, rice vinegar, erythritol, and red pepper flakes (if using). Place the Chilean seabass fillets in a shallow dish and pour the marinade over them. Make sure the fish is well coated. Cover and refrigerate for at least 30 minutes, or up to 2 hours for more flavor.

Preheat the Oven: Preheat your oven to 400°F (200°C).

Prepare for Baking: Line a baking sheet with parchment paper or lightly grease it. Remove the seabass from the marinade, reserving the liquid for later use.

Bake the Fish: Place the marinated seabass on the prepared baking sheet. Bake in the preheated oven for 15-20 minutes, or until the fish flakes easily with a fork and is cooked through.

Make the Sauce: While the fish is baking, pour the reserved marinade into a small saucepan over medium heat. Bring it to a gentle simmer and allow it to reduce for about 5-7 minutes, stirring occasionally, until it thickens slightly.

Serve: Once the fish is done baking, remove it from the oven and transfer it to serving plates. Drizzle the reduced soy ginger sauce over the top. Garnish with sliced green onions and sesame seeds, and serve with lime wedges on the side.
