1 pre-made pie crust (9-inch)

1 cup granulated sugar

3 large eggs

1/2 cup unsalted butter, melted

1/4 cup fresh lemon juice (about 2 lemons)

Zest of 1 lemon

1 tablespoon all-purpose flour

1/4 teaspoon salt

1/4 teaspoon baking powder

Instructions
