4 boneless chicken thighs

3 tablespoons olive oil

2 tablespoons fresh lemon juice

1 tablespoon lemon zest

4 cloves garlic, minced

1 teaspoon dried oregano

1 teaspoon smoked paprika

½ teaspoon salt

½ teaspoon black pepper

Marinade Preparation: In a medium bowl, whisk together the olive oil, lemon juice, lemon zest, minced garlic, oregano, smoked paprika, salt, and black pepper until well combined.

    Marinate Chicken: Add the boneless chicken thighs to the marinade, ensuring they are evenly coated. Cover the bowl and let the chicken marinate for at least 30 minutes in the refrigerator. For enhanced flavor, marinate for up to 2 hours.

      Preheat Air Fryer: Preheat the air fryer to 400°F (200°C) for about 5 minutes.

        Cook Chicken: Remove the chicken from the marinade, allowing excess marinade to drip off. Place the thighs in a single layer in the air fryer basket, ensuring they do not overlap. Cook in batches if necessary.
